Reviews and Ratings
After a long trip from California and seeing the magnificent view of the Pudong financial area, I found the rooms with a deep bathtub, TV, spa music and lighting, double vanity, and rain shower head impressive. The charm of the period decor, despite being a little dated with features like the 'nail dryer' and old-style apple charging socket, did not spoil our experience and added a unique touch. Friendly and professional service from arrival to interactions with the staff enhanced our stay. The prime location in the heart of the prestigious Bund area made exploring Shanghai convenient. While the dining options fell below expectations with a limited selection, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory overall.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Shanghai! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, offering the best view overlooking the Bund. The location is perfect on the Bund, close to all the city attractions. The dining experience was superb, especially the Japanese breakfast. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor drawbacks.
